Assignment 3
TASK 3
Exercise : Illustrated Typographic Poster
In this assignment, we were asked to create a poster that incorporated
elements of typography, photography, and illustration. The process began
with different exercises which helped to explore and experiment with various
techniques and effects that could be applied to our final poster. This was
followed by the creation of a mood board to help define the visual style,
color palette, and overall aesthetic direction for the design. After
gathering inspiration and sketching initial ideas, we moved on to the final
stage of merging all elemens and designing the final poster, ensuring that
it communicates the intended message.

REFLECTION
This assignment was incredibly interesting as it combined elements
from various modules, including photography, illustration and
typography. While it was creatively and technically challenging to
blend these concepts into a single poster, the process was equally
fascinating. It pushed me to explore new ideas and step out of my
comfort zone, which made the experience even more fulfilling. One of
the key takeaways was not only to enhance my time management, critical
and creative thinking skills but also my technical abilities. I gained
a deeper understanding of new tools in Photoshop and Illustrator,
experimenting with them in innovative ways made me more curious to
know more about it. Expanded my knowledge and confidence, especially
as I discovered new techniques and applied them creatively to achieve
the desired outcome. Overall, the assignment was a valuable learning
experience that allowed me to grow both creatively and technically,
leaving me with a sense of accomplishment and excitement for future
projects.
