REFLECTION

Through the weekly exercises, I learned a lot about storytelling, filming, and editing. I got to understand the tools and details in Premiere Pro, but it also came with some challenges. At first, I found it a bit confusing to understand the application as it was a bit confusing and new to me to understand different edits and workspaces. The different types of camera angles were a bit confusing in the start, but doing the group shooting activity and the quiz really helped me practice and remember them better. Watching Lalin and Everything, Everywhere, All at Once helped me see how emotions and messages are shown through story structure, and it made me think more deeply about how I want to tell stories. The storyboard quiz taught me how important it is to visualize things before filming. Overall, these weeks helped me grow a lot and be more confident with my work.
