INSTRUCTIONS

TASK

For this assignment, we had to convert the ideas created in Task 1 into sketches and drawings that show gestures, action and emotions. We had to come up with Alternative Outfit studies and sketches, color variation for outfit, reference mood boards, pose sketches, action poses, character expressions, weapon sketch and turn around, along with the final character with alternative outfit Turnaround.

REFLECTION
During this assignment, I learned how to improve my digital sketches by focusing on gestures, action poses, weapons and emotions, which helped me make my characters look more alive and expressive. It was a really interesting process of combining movement and emotion in one drawing. After this I became more confident and understood how human figure and facial expressions work together. Organizing my progress helped me understand how much I improved. Overall, this task strengthened my drawing skills and helped me express character ideas more clearly. It was a really interesting process where i could explore different ideas and expressions in my character to give it a look desired. This helped me improve my creative thinking skills, time management skills and problem solving skills.
